Ararat Bastorma specializes in traditional dry-cured Halal beef, made using methods passed down through generations of Armenian curing tradition. Every batch is hand-rubbed in çemen — a paste of fenugreek, garlic, and paprika — then air-dried until the flavor concentrates into something bold, dense, and unmistakable.

We built this business to supply that same quality at wholesale scale: consistent batches, reliable lead times, and product that performs on a menu or a deli counter, not just at a family table.
